Veterans Services

Addressing the homelessness crisis goes hand in hand with serving veterans. The 2018 Homeless Count estimates nearly 4,000 homeless veterans in Los Angeles County, and that veterans are hit hard by unemployment and underemployment. Our Veterans programs help veterans by finding them stable or better employment, as well as giving them the resources needed to thrive in the long term.

VES

The Salvation Army's Veterans Employment Services (VES) Program has provided quality employment services exclusively to unemployed and underemployed Veterans.
